What’s new in the world of Polylang?

As you know, WordPress 5.0 introduced a new block editor to replace the classic editor which was in use since the first version. However, the changes not only impacted the editor itself. The complete editor page was rewritten in REACT, a technology never used before in WordPress, and all the metaboxes were replaced by new…

WordPress 5.0 introduces a brand new editing experience. Not only the old editor is replaced by a new block editor, but also all the old metaboxes are replaced by new side panels. Thus this new version greatly impacts a lot of plugins which are enriching the editor, add metaboxes, or modify the behavior of the…

Polylang Pro introduced the ability to duplicate the content from an original post to a new translation. The version 2.2 later introduced the possibility to synchronise translated posts and make sure that they always display the same content. With the time, we received a lot of requests either to copy or synchronize posts in bulk,…

Probably, the most important feature introduced by WooCommerce 3.1 is the possibility to export and import products with a CSV file. During the past weeks, we worked hard to make Polylang for WooCommerce compatible with this feature. How does it work? When you will export your products with the new export tool, you will get…
